We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend layover. If chocolate is shipped to a warm-weather destination (70 degrees or higher) we must use warm-weather packaging and two-day air or overnight service. We cannot be responsible for chocolate shipped to a temperature exceeding 70 degrees. This is not a problem during the winter months from November through April. Post office boxes are not accepted as an address. Apartment or multi-unit buildings require someone to be home to sign for the goods. It is your responsibility to require someone to be home to sign for the package and store it in a proper manner. We strongly advise that you have the chocolate delivered to a place of business. Shipping information you provide, if not correct, will result in some additional fee after the order has been processed. We are not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable due to wrong address or recipients not being home. If a package is in need to be resent, new charges will apply.
